Construction Works Powered by the Illinois Tollway is an innovative program designed to create a qualified pipeline of diverse men and women ready to enter careers in the heavy highway and related construction industry and Trades. The program provides Free Services for Job Seekers. Career Coaches Can Help You, Assess abilities and interests, Develop career plans, Learn skills to be successful, Find jobs and apprenticeships in the building trades, Access other employment opportunities and training referrals, and Ongoing retention support. We can help pay past Dues, reimbursement for Work tools, Attire, Boots, and other Fees.
| Individual participants must be 18 years of age or older, Eligible to work in the United States, Unemployed, underemployed, or seeking career growth in the construction industry, Have a GED/HS Diploma or Higher, and a Drivers L. |
