SERCO – American Job Center in North Riverside
SERCO provides employment assistance and occupational job training to Cook County residents which leaders to employment in in-demand occupations and industries with wages that lead to self-sufficiency. This workforce development center provides eligible customers with labor market counseling, career coaching, interview skills training and resume development with the final goal leading to employment through job referrals and placement, job club activities and hiring fairs. Eligible participants can also receive paid occupational training in approved high-demand occupations.

Adult Low Income
Provides employment, training, resume' building, job seach, job referrals, introduction to employers through hiring events/job club, financial literacy, supportive services which include but not limited to housing referrals, clothing assistance, hygiene, and transportation and so much more.
Ages 18 and over, low income or, basic skills deficient, Authorized ro work in the US, Resident of Cook County, male born after 1960 Selctive Service Compliance.
Solar Panel Training Program
A thirteen week training program to become a certified solar panel installer. This program is Monday and Wednsdays from 9am - 1pm. We provide supportive services, uniforms, tools, and job readiness training. Participants obtain a partcipation certificate and NABCEP PV certificate.
Ages 18 and up, selective service compliant, authorized to work in the US, lives in Cook county, recieves government asssistance, is part of the foster care system, lives in a enviornmental justice community, and had justice involvement.
